If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.
To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
You should email, contact us and notify us of your intention to return the goods.
Please include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. Our Quality Control Department will then examine the item and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
